the rooms were cleaned daily i guess.

The pool area needed more attention. Several tiles were missing, which looked terrible. also, the limited variety of food became boring real quick. i found myself eating the same tasteless meals day after day and the snack bar only had dry pastries.

The resort's location is excellent. Many shops are nearby. the bungalow room was spacious and comfortable. i found the bed very comfortable. I slept well each night. the cleaner came every day. The room was always tidy.

I noticed information about resort activities was lacking. it was hard to find details about daily events. the qr code at reception did not work. It needed updating.

the staff was very friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!). the grounds are well-kept, with immaculate gardens. i found the food to be good, especially the asia à la carte restaurant.

The climate control in the room was not working correctly. It blew freezing air at random times.
